About Allison
With more than 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, I bring both a human-centered coaching approach and a practical understanding of the challenges individuals, teams, and organizations face.
My background spans strategic planning, leadership development, talent and performance, organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and M&A/divestiture work.
I hold a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute. I earned my MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA of Human Resource Management from Michigan State University.
Outside of my coaching and consulting work, you’ll find me outdoors, likely on a run or on a paddle board, reading, cooking, or enjoying sports, often with my daughter.
